yes, my best friend bought my 9 year olds school supplies b/c we just don't have the cash right now b/c my hubby has been getting rained out here in Texas.
we do things like that for each other!! just like last year we helped them buy school clothes for their daughter b/c her husband had a motorcycle wreck.
you really can't find friends like that in this world much any more. so a word of advice to every one out there if you find a friend like i am fortunate enough to have hang on for dear life.

Yes, a friend came over, climbed the wood fence and made long distance calls when I got locked out of house.

Yes 2 wee girls from my street brought me a posy of buttercups and daisies. I've been given one every day for a week by different children.

I went to lay down this evening and my husband brought me dinner that he cooked in bed and being a mum of 3 that was very nice.

Yes. A friend/colleague covered my ****. She not only printed out my work because I couldn't do it but read that I needed 6 copies of it (something I didn't know) and printed them all off! Happy days!
