In trash cans at fine repair shops everywhere...Careful, about 60% of what they sell is junk.
HF is the only place I know that sells hammers with wooden handles made with the grain running sideways instead of lengthwise. One tap and it broke in half.
Unhardened drill bits, allen wrenches and screwdriver tips are a few more HF specialties and sandpaper which the abrasive falls off in one swipe is another useless bargain they offer.
Be careful, the "you get what you pay for" saying is well reinforced when it comes to HF tools.
