you just simply multiply each of the 3 terms by each of the other 3 terms in the second set of parenthesis:

step by step---

6u*2u= 12u^2

6u*-3z= -18uz

6u*-3= -18u

6z*2u= 12uz

6z*-3z= -18z^2

6z*-3= -18z

-5*2u= -10u

-5*-3z= 15z

-5*-3= 15

now to combine all of the above - including the signs

12u^2-18uz-18u+12uz-18z^2-18z-10u+15z+15

now combine your like terms - including the signs

12u^2 (-18uz+12uz) -(18u-10u) -18z^2 -(18z+15z) +15

simplifying the equation

12u^2-6uz-28u-18z^2-3z+15

and putting it in correct exponential order

12u^2-18z^2-6uz-28u-3z+15
