Lightning shaped character in SSBM???

In the manual of Super Smash Brothers Melee in the back by the secret characters section, there is a picture of a character challenging you and its shaped like a lightning bolt. Does anyone know what or who it is? if so, tell me how to get it please!!

the lightning bolt shape is just a blurred out picture of a new character that you have unlocked yet

is blurred so you won't know which secret characters are present.
