How about maintaning a proper weight for your age and height? That is one thing that commonly gets overlooked when talking about healthy eating. Or you could talk about some common, favorite junk foods, then give healthier alternatives for them. Like instead of chips, try rice cakes. Like sweets? Don't eat the whole Hershey bar, have 2 Kisses instead.

Your talking points should be that: talking points, not what eating healthy does.

Therefore, I would change your first two a little bit. The first one is okay, but it could use a little revision to make it more direct. Make it say:

1. Healthy eating provides your body with the nutrition it needs to function.

Two sounds like One to me. I would make it more like this:

2. Healthy eating ensures a better future for hearts, the digestive tract, and the brain.

For three, you could talk about anorexia, bulimia, and overeating disorder. Make 3 look like:

3. Anorexia, Bulimia, and overeating disorder can occur if the body does not get the proper nutrition.

Keep working your outline from here. Make it detailed, so that you know exactly what to say and when.

Good luck!
