If Iraq can stabilize little more they will serve as our big ally in future Iran issues. That can be big plus, but it is very uncertain what will happen in Iraq in future. It's like going 'ALL IN' when you have been dealt 2 spades, 5 hearts, hoping you'll hit the flush or full house or something.
