Through dreams, feeling their energy, speaking aloud, etc... and does anyone have any stories about this happening to them?

I agree with some of the previous answers. When my mother died, I had some dreams about her and one was, like the previous answer, hard to get out of. I visited her grave and was being sad. I became suddenly aware of a rose blooming on bush nearby and now when I see a rose blooming on a bush, I think of her. I think that is what she was telling me. Also, I agree that soon after someone dies is when you will be able to be in touch. Only a year or so.

There are some people who are able to have conversations and direct contact with people who have passed away. I'm not one of those.
However, I do know that I have recieved messages from my father, usually in the form of the "old dead rosebush". And although he doesn't directly respond I talk to him a good deal too.

I have had brief contact by meditating on them, but cannot do this at will. From time to time I can. I have received attacks from my dead father in dreams.
My grand father sometimes visits me in dreams especially after my father attacks me to comfort me.

particular I easily have long gone to a medium in the past. He became particularly precise on each and every thing and no, I gave him no tips approximately myself, I in basic terms in basic terms shown him if he became suitable. the guy I went to is Ed Conklin in Cassadaga.. I notably advise him if everybody needs an astonishing and real interpreting.

According to the bible that is the wrong thing to try and do. It is called "Necromancy". It is not of God but of the devil. You would not be really talking to your lost loved ones but to demons that are directed by Satan. God tells us if we are not for Him then we are against Him. As convincing as it may sound in some of these situations just remember Satan is the Prince of the Power of the air, he controls these demons. The actual souls of the dead are either in hell or in God's care"asleep in Jesus" so as you can see they are not really accessible to converse with. I would encourage you to search out how to have "eternal life". Read in the New Testament the book of John and see what you think. Cheers!

I believe our loved ones are all around us as guardian angels....I frequently talk to mine(though not in public...lol)...I can feel them around me all the time...I even feel them laughing when I do something stupid...I have had dreams with some in them...though not very frequent.

Shortly after my parents died they both appeared in very intense dreams in which I could not wake up. In my mothers case she was trying to contact me in my Dads case he was angry that he was dead and blamed me.

Most definitely. I used to have quite heated conversations with my Grandfather, several years after his death.
