I work 8am to 4pm then I'm on call at anytime from 4pm to midnight seven days a week with an odd afternoon or night off ,so I find it really hard.When I've finished it takes me a few hours to unwind no matter how tired I am and coming on here really helps most of the time.
The only time I really totally relax is when I'm on holiday.
