i watch blood + and i just wanted to know if i have to watch blood the last vampire to get the story is the girl in blood + the same in the last vampire?????

Yes, Blood+ and Blood:The Last Vampire are both connected, they are both the same girl, but while Blood:TLV takes place after the Vietnam war, Blood+ is about 20 years later, and it is still the same girl. She does not age, and it's not until she starts to remember things that Hagi (her servant? lover? creator?) shows up.

Saya from the tv show and the movie are the same. The difference is that Saya from blood+ tv has lost her memories and has been in hibernation since the vietnam war.
I haven't seen the movie yet but I don't feel lost while watching blood+.
