Crayon Shinchan is hilarious. 10 volumes of the manga have been translated to English (though there are something like 47 of them in Japanese).
The Cartoon Network / Adult Swim dub is pretty funny, but changes the character of the show. You might find it funnier than the original, or you might like the original more. You can find lots of episodes on YouTube, both dubbed and subtitled.
