Normality is what has been agreed upon to be socially acceptable, or an agreement of what is 'normal' or 'the way it should be'.
'The way things should be' depends on a lot of things and a lot of viewpoints and on who is the president.
When Hitler was the ruler, for Germans, it was totally 'normal' to do what they did.
'Normality' does not leave room for a lot of imagination, for dreams and for Art.
The less dreams a mean has, the more dead he is, and when he dies, he has lost his last dream.

I do not have a definition but i can say this that being normal or abnormal is only the perception created by society/religion/government etc. A child or baby cannot distinguish the abnormality or normality of it's mother until it reaches an age when it's mind has sucked up and learnt from it's surroundings and the views and opinions of it's peers

Sense of normality is just like the presence of air around us. We know air is vital food, but since this food is so readily, freely and easily available, we hardly notice that it is always there in the atmosphere around us, and as we breathe so consistently and frequently, we hardly realise that we consume food all the time, with each breath.

A sense of normality, likewise, is often not realised until we see something abnormal happening in comparison, or in contrast, around us. The instinctive and natural processes that run in secretively inside the mind make fine adjustments all the time; for instance, human mind senses within a fraction of a second if something is about to go wrong to become abnormal. It is like maintaining balance while standing still, or while riding a bike. We really do not notice mind doing all that work for us, as the function is so spontaneous and fast, and the data being processed so huge that it is far beyond the measures of any humanly made computer system.

Normality, therefore, is a consistent and harmonious state of mind acquired and maintained by constant readjustments to an environment … it is, for instance, normal to for tribal women living beep in the Amazonian rain forests to go topless.

It's not a definition unless one of the terms has a different definition. You could claim that anything is normal, because if it is, it's not abnormal - therefore it is.
