It may matter to some GIRLS but not at all to WOMEN.
The only exception is that too big is painful. Too small is extremely rare -- after all, a finger is plenty big enough.

guys are more obsessed with penis sizes then gals.
i use to say it doesn't matter, it just matters how you work it but truth be told if it's not big enough the sex won't be that great.
HOWEVER, there are so many things that count, the size alone isn't really that important.

Size is not a big matter, the most important is girl get to use it. Even you get a flag staff size but no girl use, it better to dump it.
