The conductivity is caused by the charged ionic species in solution, assuming all of each salt listed dissolves, it would be the aluminum salt (note: the formula is wrong; it is actually AlCl3) because it would give a solution that is 0.4M in ions; 1 Al+3 and 3 Cl- for each molecule of solute.

The third one 0.1 M AlCl3, (not AlCl2) because Al has the bigger electric conductivity. Just look on a periodic table.
