There was no offensive foul on the play because it was his motion of the dunk that caused his arm to go out he didn't push off and knock him down Kirlenko came into try to block the shot but didn't get it plain and simple. He was posterized. (For the people talking about the restricted line it wouldn't matter where Davis was on the court he could have been directly underneath the basket with the ball and if he uses his arms to push the defender out of the way it's an offensive foul. What you're getting confused with is the restricted lane when taking a charge. That wouldn't be considered taking a charge if he had pushed off with the other arm. Plain and simple is the explanation I gave. It was a natural motion thats why it's not an offensive foul.
