o no in public restrooms we hav a very strict eyes to the front no talking when we use the urinal. dont even look at ur own stuff. thats for straight and gay

No the proper guy restroom etiquette is to use the stall farthest away from someone no talking and no eye contact this is true for the workplace/public. The only time you might find this behavior is in a gay bar where alcohol has overcome ones ability to follow proper restroom ettiquette.

Sometimes a glance is unavoidable but we do make attempts not to be a cock gazer.
Though I have heard that rest stops and public restrooms are common meeting places for gay men so they may likely have a different perspective on it.

Not really I've peed a lot and I don't think anyone looked I've never seen anyone look either and I'm very private about that so I look alot and no one. So if someones gay then maybe but will get there butt kicked if caught =/.

Not necessarily!. but it reminds me of a story, of a guy who was on vacation in Greece Just last year this happened!. as I was going!,Peeing, I noticed this guy looking, and then he says, hey We got the same tattoo on our *****!. WY!.

No, that would be rude and intrusive. That's why most rest rooms put up small walls between them.
