Does anyone know where I can find a free pattern on line for a toddler's poodle skirt?

when i was in girl scouts we made poodle skirts for a 50/60s party.
make a circle and cut the point out in a c shape that is wide enough for her middle section. decorate accordingly.
i think we used eye hooks to close it after a quick stitching of the seam.
