It depends on the carrier. Cingular does (or used to anyway). I switched to Metro PCS because it is unlimited anytime minutes and there is no detailed billing for them, it is one flat rate every month. I never had Verizon so I don't know if they do or not, but I am sure you could request the information.

only if you get the detailed billing, which usually costs extra, but you can log on to you phone companys website, and check them there
