Is This Normal?

I've Been On The Birth Control Shot For A While Now And I Still Have My Period Its Just Lighter & Its Still As Long As It Usually Is Except On The 23 Of June I Started And I Just Got My Second Shot On July 10 & I've Been On My Period Ever Since June 23 & Im Currently Still On It. Is This Normal? Please Help.

Its normal for depo. One of the many negative issues with the shot.

I was on it for four years and am so glad I got off of it.

There is nothing normal about the shot. The shot messes up your body so much. I recommend getting off of it ASAP or you will pay later in life the longer you are on it. I know people that have bled for months and months w/o stopping. They regret ever getting on it at all...Get off it it now while your still somewhat normal!

The depo shot usually eliminates your period. I would talk to a doctor. Maybe they are not giving you a high enough dose.

It is normal because that pill does not work for you.You need to change to another one or get a stronger dozage.Some pills have been known to just lighly affect the ovarian cycle and you are a prime case.See your MD for more consultations.You will have to pass some tests too.

No this is not normal. You need to see your doctor asap to see what is wrong. The shot may be affecting your body and is probably not working properly because of this. Please go see your doctor.
