Like other answer any race.
One day in Etching my art tutor decide explain aquatint and different tones. he used the a story (not true ) of black man and a cream so albino could get pigment in their body. So an albino black man put this cream over his body and goes out in the sun for 2 minutes but with his sock on so his feet stay white. Then he goes back inside and said that great.
I might leave some more. So he cover up to his knees apply more cream and goes out for 5 minutes.
Go inside and is happy with the result. So he cover up to his waste and apply more cream and goes out for another 10 minutes and next time from his chest up for 20 minutes.

Albino's I'm sure, can be any race. It depends on who their parents are entirely.
Edgar Winter and his brother were Rock artists back in the '80's and THEY are albino's, I believe. Although they were white (Caucasoid), many people are albinos from every race.
The three races of people are: 1) Negroid (of Africans and African decent),
2)Caucasoid (of Germanic and Anglican decent) and 3) Mongaloid (of Asiatic people)

Race? Albinism has nothing to do with that. It's simply a deficiency in skin pigmentation. People of all skin colors can be albinos.
And the whole idea of "race" is jsut a fiction invented by bigots anyway. In actual fact, there is no such thing--its just a social category.

HAHA!!!! every race is completely capable of producing albinos. it is scientifically and genetically proven. I got two friends who are albinos - one is white and one is indian.
Its is some form of deficiency in the blood that produces albinos - dont think anybody knows for sure how these colourless people came to be.

An albino person is a person who lacks melanin pigment in their skin/hair/eyes. It's caused by recessive genes, and is not an indicator of race. Any race can have it.
