I loved Justin Timberlake as both Ashton Kutcher in "Punk'd" and as Jessica Simpson in "Newlyweds". Debbie Downer was a great skit character and I also loved Lindsay Lohan's Harry Potter skit.

Random favorites:
"Geek, Dweeb, or Spaz" - Mike Myers hosts a mock game show where three "popular" kids have to determine if people from their highschool are a Geek, Dweeb, or Spaz. Emilio Estevez guest stars as the kid from their high school who stumps them. Been dying to find this online... very funny
Star Wars Auditions - Out-takes from the auditions from Star Wars, hysterical when Kevin Spacey impersonates Christopher Walken trying out for the part of Han Solo. This I found on www.badtree.com
Lazy Sunday (Chronicles of Narnia rap) - Despite how popular this was I never even heard of it until a few months ago when I was browsing badtree.com
Ronald Reagan & Girlscouts - Phil Hartman plays Ronald Reagan as he micro-manages the Iran Contra deals but is interrupted for a photo-shoot with Girl Scouts in the Oval Office. One minute Phil potrays Reagan a meticulous and very sharp politician but the minute the Girl Scouts arrives he plays the stereotypical "dumb" Reagan. The minute the Girl Scouts leave he pulls back out the manages and again starts hammering his staff on the finer details. - This was a great parody of the whole Iran-Contra Scandal at the time since Reagan acted as if he never had a clue about it and it was done without his knowledge.
