No, you can't. Articles are submitted anonymously and are changed freely. You needn't be an expert in the field to post an article or to change one. There have been quite a few scandals caused by people being libeled at Wikipedia, and lawsuits are pending.
A number of professors have banned their students from citing Wikipedia as a source for their papers, and for good reason. It is no more reliable than any anonymous information you find on the Internet.

I generally find Wikipedia to be pretty accurate.
BUT, so many of my college professors have warned us students against using it. They do have a point, Wikipedia can be edited by basically anybody who wants to add to the article. So I usually use Wikipedia for a general summary over what I want to find, but I use other sites for detailed facts.

I wouldn't completely trust wikipedia. I would not use it as a reference, but I would use it as a starting place.

No not always because anyone and everyone can edit and write the articles. But by using common sense and thinking about what you read you can usually distinguish what is true. If not you can consult with other sites or ask a question on Yahoo! Answers.

no you can not trust it completely unless u know what u r reading about.
coz readers have the ability to edit and post articles so they can enter whatever they know sometimes which are not real facts/
