If self-worth is measured by the amount of money a person has, then i guess, all poor people are worthless. Self-worth is what you think of yourself, regardless of what you have and what others think of you. Self-worth is the respect you owe to yourself, knowing that you deserve more than what you think you do.

i say both, money wise because people dont count on you with out it. and now a days the only way to show your love for people has money in it. so i guess you measure yourself with the people that love you cuz you dont want money without love. i say they're both important.

Well, right now I'm negiotiating with several mortgage lenders on my new home. This means my self worth of what is in my bank accounts is what counts right now!, but I know it comes down to those who love and care about you. I never lose focus of that.

It's definately not the money! As long as the people I care about most love me, I guess I'm the richest women in the world!!

Definetly by the amount of people that love me, and care for me. In the end, that is all that matters :)

My worth has no money involved....my family, my friends, those I love and most especially my kids are what I base my worth on.

I measure my worth by my attitude ... is it good or bad?
Am I in despair or have an abundance of joy? What did I do today to spread happyness or despair?
