Well, of course, it depends on the couple and the type of music they like, but we've done "Endless Love" by Lionel Richie and Diana Ross, and if you have really beautiful voices you could even do "All I Ask of You" from Phantom of the Opera. I'm assuming the cousin is male, if not none of these songs may be right.....
