I discovered that I can influence peoples opinions just by explaining my position while treating their opinions with respect.
I also discovered that the chili mac at Steak and Shake isn't worth the money.
The most important thing I have discovered is that getting old means I don't hit the golf ball nearly as far as I once did.
And finally, I have discovered that I discover something new every day.
