yes, definitely i think you should talk to her and explain that you you feel she is acting different and you notice she is more distant..Then again ask her what or why she is acting like this? But sometimes best friends move on different ways, (it doesn't mean necessarily that they don't care for us, it's life itself happens)and though we get disappointed with them, we should live them go their own way...if they are truly BEST friends sooner or later they will come back and the friendship will be recovered...i had this experience with a few friends and after sometime we get together still.

Yes, you should definitely tell her plain and straight how you feel and that it's hurting your feelings. Maybe she isn't really the best friend you thought that she was. You should tell her "I thought we were best friends. What happened? You can talk to me. We are best friends you know or we were supposed to be. I just want to know if you are really the friend I thought you were." You could also ask your other friends what she is saying and if she has talked like she is mad at you. Think back to when she stopped talking to you. Did you say something? Did she say something that she might feel guilty about and she thinks your mad at her? Well Good luck with your best friend!
I hope I have answered your question.

The end of a close friendship always hurts, but this is what it is. Leave it she may be just unsettled and if she does not resume the friendship you will have some happy memories. You have not fallen out so in many years time you may meet again as old friends

Just leave it, im going through the same exact thing and it is definitely not worth it, if she can't respond to one of her friends then she is not worth waste.
Maybe you should try one last time to talk to her but if she doesnt respond, ignore her back, find new friends.

I think she's trying to get rid of you by ignoring you and hoping you get the message. Leave it the last thing you want to do is look desperate, if she doesn't want to be your friend then it's her lose.

If she is your best friend then you should say it right out but then a best friend wouldn't treat you like this
