I want to know do fish urinate? I apologize in advance for how absurd his may sound but I am just curious...

Freshwater fish do. They have to do so almost constantly to maintain their osmotic balance!

Yes. Fish, like all living things, have waste. And since they aren't like plants (they can't send their waste into the ground through roots), they urinate and poop.
