Most likely yes, unfortunatly for him they won't allow 10 fouls in a game like they do in summer league.

hmmmmmmmm no the guy was just nervous relax its nothing
he will get better . Even though i woul dhave picked durant over him
He needs to get faster post moves and he looks like a robot on the court rather than a player
SOi dont think he will set a record but he will foul out alot.
eddy curry might set a record hes fouls alot

Maybe you're just a Celtic or Grizzlies fan who gut burned in the Draft Lottery. I'll bet your team will jump at the chance to acquire Oden.
Maybe he'll foul out in a couple of early games while he adjusts to the NBA game & how it is called by the refs.
But once he gets his feet wet, watch out. He'll be defensive player of the year in a few years time.
