Sounds like you are about to start your period. Feeling yuck and tired is normal for some people before their period. Your body is working harder to get your period started this is probably why you feel so yuck

It is quite normal to feel bloated and a bit sick leading up to your period. You can also feel tearful and agitated. Take some nurofen, and take a hot water bottle to bed, it will pass after the first couple of days of your period, although everyone is different.

You'll soon be feeling better. However if you are worried contact your Well Woman Clinic at your Doctors to get advice on dealing with uncomfortable periods.
All the best

"I am due on soon" Huh? I'd love to help but I have no idea what you just asked.
If you're bloated and feeling sick then you may be starting your period or you may have food poisoning or the flu. Good luck and next time read what you've written before submitting it because we can't help if we don't know the question.

you could just be having your monthly cycle. If the symptoms get worse talk to your mom and see a doctor but sounds like your getting ready to start your period.

This is called pre-menstrual syndrome or PMS. It is caused by the changes in your hormones that happen just prior to your menstrual cycle.
