Please find me a map of the population of the globe in the year 1500 and and the population in each continent. Also it'd be amazing if it contained major empires like (Songhay, China, Inka etc)

This question cannot be answered correctly. This day there is still no definite population count of the world, many factors change on a minute basis.

In the year 1500, the Americas were undergoing an enormous attrition rate due to European diseases spreading rampantly. It is uncertain of even a guess at the numbers of Native Americans prior to the coming of Europeans.

Your best bet is to buy "Guns, Germs and Steel" by Jarrod Diamond.
It will prolly give you the most accurate number and the reasons why certain areas grew faster than others and how certain civilizations progressed and others stalled.
Great read if your a nerd-ball like I am.
