No. But this is simply because some fitness experts have suggested that working hard for 3-4 days per week, and giving your body a few days for rest and re-building in between, will produce quicker, better, and longer lasting results.
If the Navy Seals use such a system, it has to be good!

I exercise three to five times a day at the gym. I just started last month. I was skeptical, but it really did work! I lost six pounds that month. (Kind of a slow process though-losing the weight)

Yes it doesn't matter how tired I am or how many hours I've worked I always go to the gym at least an hour a day. On the weekends I do two hours a day
