I had sex on the June 29th and started on July 4th. I have been nauseous every morning, I am sensitive to smells, head is dizzy, and my body is still bloated.

Is it possible to conceive and have a period...finish the last cycle?

A period is defined as the disposal of the unused egg and uterus lining. You need the lining to sustain a pregnancy, and the egg needs to be fertilized in order to become pregnant, so can you have a period and be pregnant? The answer is no. You can however have bleeding or spotting when pregnant, but that should always be reported to an OB as it could indicate a problem. Women who say they had a period when they are pregnant are mislabeling the bleeding. If you think you may be pregnant please take a test just in case.

I had bleeding that I thought was a period, but I ended up being pregnant. I ended up having a conditon that caused the bleeding, but luckily my pregnancy continued on and I had a healthy little girl.

Yes my mother had her period the entire time she was pregnant with me and she didn't know she was pregnant with me until she had me at 24 and a half weeks. She also had her period the entire time she was pregnant with my little brother and didn't know she was pregnant with him until 6 months.

Yes it is possible, even possible to have your period throughout your whole pregnancy. Talk to your doctor.
