Guys check out other peoples cars, dogs, family. etc and compare to what they have. all guys are like that. As long as they are not trying to trade in what they have, they are satisfied. No need to be jealouis or worry.
Besides you check out the guys too. We all do.

My fiance, whom I trust 100% and who treats me better and respects me more than any other man ever has, "notices" other women. He thinks I'm hot and constantly tells me how hot and sexy I am and how lucky he is to have me. I also get hit on a lot by a lot of men everyday. Every woman is different and beauty comes in all different packages. You will always be more beautiful than some women and some woman will always be more beautiful than you. It's not necessarily that he finds other women more attractive, its just that they are beautiful in a different way than you are. For the record, I have never "caught" my fiance checking out other women, but I know he does. He is just very respectful about it.

I am sorry I am not a guy to answer this for you, it seems like not one has really heard what you are asking here, you dont want to know why guys check out girls you already know that right? you want to know what it is that makes them look when they have something better, it makes no sense. A second question that you didnt ask but I have a feeling this is leading up to it is what should you do. It obviously bothers you and anything that bothers you should be addressed, it isnt fair that he should hurt you like that, and it is no excuse that he isnt dead. Sure he sees pretty girls and is attracted but he doesnt need to oggle them. As women yes we do see men that are attractive all the time but you look at them like you would every other person on earth, no need to stare, or keep looking, you arent an animal and that isnt an excuse for men. If you started flirting with these guys that are hitting on you it would bother him, and he would probably say something and you could always say that it raises the selfesteem that he shoots down every time he drools over another girl! so talk to him about stopping this, its disrespectful, I dont care what excuses these guys give.

It's in our DNA. Look, I'm a completely manogamist man who has an insanely hot girlfriend, but the truth to the matter is that all men, no exceptions, fantisize about being with other women. We look because we know we can. Just like women look at hot guys even if they are with one. Anyone who says otherwise is lying. We're meant to look. We just shouldn't take it any further than that.

It's biology. Pure and simple. Men check out other women. All the time. ALL THE TIME.

It doesn't mean that you aren't hot. In fact its very likely he's checking out other women and feels pretty impressed that he's with a hotter woman.

The truth is men checking out other women has nothing to do with you. It's not about you, it's about him.

Now, you might mention that you know all men check out other women, you'd just prefer he be more subtle.

Men look at women because we like what we see. Let's see if I can put this in words so that the female readers might understand a little better. Ladies, you have a purse or a pair of shoes that you really, really love. Absolutely nothing wrong with them, matter of fact you can't think of life without them. Does that stop you from looking at other purses or shoes??

Men will always have the conquistador in them. I tell my wife that I will acknowledge beauty and sometimes I do window shop, but I will never try anything else on.

Another point of view

In college I had a buddy who was dating the hotest girl I had ever seen...he once told me the reason he cheated (obviously more extreme) was that not matter how hot she is, no matter how good she treats you, no matter how great in bed she might be..there is always someone...somewhere who is tired of %$#@ing her...sorry a little graphic, but you get the idea.

He has no class and he is begging you to leave him.
Ask him how he would feel if you were on a date with him and you started to check out other men in front of him?
You deserve more respect than that...or a man who thinks your attractive enough to stare at for at least a few hours straight. Tell him that doesn't make you feel beautiful or desired and when you don't feel like that you don't feel sexy. That means you don't want to sleep with him. It's not a hard concept to grasp. Do unto others.
Look, men want to say they can't help it. That's an easy excuse. Do I check out other women? Yes, but hell, I can control myself when I am on a date if I know it makes the women fell wanted and secure. Men, the benefits speak themselves, trust me. Get hold of yourself, don't be so weak.

My husband does the same thing. It's natural for men and women to look at each other. As long as they're only looking, I wouldn't worry about it.

You just answered your own question- BECAUSE ALL MEN CHECK OUT OTHER WOMEN!

You think your the ONLY woman that gets checked out??? LOL!!!!

Seriously, check out "psalm912b"s reply to you. She hit it right on the money....and the men here should take note of her words too.
