I've been told they don't exist over 20,000ft, but Base camp is 17,500ft. Does anyone know how much of a problem they'll be climbing up to just over 17,500ft?

Thanks

They have been spotted in the Himalayas but generally aren't active below 55 degrees F. But this doesn't apply to all species.
