i am 12 and i have mine 2. i got it when i was 11. you should tell her that everyone gets theirs at different times, and when she does get it, she will wish she never got it, so she should enjoy the time she doesnt have it. Make sure not to talk about your periods in front of her if you can help it.

It can be frustrating when it seems like you're the last one of your friends to get your period. The thing is, everybody's bodies develop at their own pace and it's highly unlikely that you and your best bud will start your periods at the exact same time. Things to look for that mean your period is on its way are underarm and pubic hair, breast growth and white, vaginal discharge. The average girl will get her first period between 12 and 14 years old, but this definitely varies from person to person. If you're ever concerned about your body's development, check in with your family doctor to see what they think!

She needs to relax as many girls don't get a period until they are 16 or so. If she doesn't get it by time she is 16 she needs to see the doc. There is no way to tell how soon she will get it and nothing that makes you start sooner. For now she is lucky as she doesn't have to worry about all the things associated with periods like cramps, leaking, swimming and other stuff. Also remind her that once she gets it she will have it until she is in her 40's and 50's so that is a longgggggggggggg time. Periods get old after while and you wish you didn't have it.

Sorry. There are no foods she can eat or exercises she can do ar anything like that to make it happen. Let your friend know that she is ok, and that time and nature will take care of her. Tell her that she should enjoy the time she has of not having to hassle with it. I didn't start mine until I was 15, it will happen.

do not problem, all and sundry develops at diverse costs and believe me, once you do get your era, you will think of that's a known discomfort and ask your self what the frenzy became into! If it is quite bothering you, talk on your college nurse or get your mom to take you on your loved ones wellbeing care expert, yet quite, I doubt everybody will agonize approximately it except you hit 15 or sixteen and nevertheless have not had it.

She's fine. Everyone starts at a different age. A friend of mine didn't start until she was a sophomore in HS...and i started in 6th grade. If she were say, 18 then it would be different if she hasn't started her period yet. Tell her to be patient and it will come when its ready.

it's normal to not get your period until your even 15 or 16
she can't make her period come it's a natural thing in your body that will happen when it happens
she should shave her underarms and her chest size has nothing to do with when she will get her period
just tell her it's normal and to enjoy the time she has before because it's not a joyful experience

Tell her to suck it up and that she has all of the symptoms and that she'll get it soon. Also tell her that some girls don't start until as late as 19.. And finally tell her that when she finally gets it, she'll look back and say '..wow. I was freaking stupid' because she WONT want it anymore.

She'll be fine the only reason to worry is if you don't start your period later than 16yrs.
Then you should see a doctor and check out everything or at least go in to be curios!
