I want to go to Boston college but I am not sure if its possible for me. I have a 2.1 GPA and chances are its going to fall even more because the school refuses to help me out with my conditon. I have a learning disability and they are very reluctant to do anything about the future or my past grades. I have taken AP Euro (i got a 4 on the exam) I took AP US (grade not yet known) and I took AP English (I got a 3 on the exam). What are my chances of getting into the university? I have asked my counsler and he wont help and I have no clue about colleges since I wasn't born here (I was born in Ukraine but I am a US citizen). So what are my chances on acceptance?

One additional question to those who can answer this. How likely would it be able for me to sue the college into accepting me on the stance of discrimination against the mentally disadvantaged?

One thing I forgot to add, I dont have any ACT or SAT scores. I took the ACT because its a state requirement and I got an 11 (the grade I had it wiped) despite that I took classes had tutors and bought those worthless books.

With a 2.1, sorry not even the slightest chance. You need at least a 3.8 with great SAT's. AP grades don't help you get into college, there only for college credit.

Also you probably won't have any luck suing. Boston College has its standards, and even though you are unfortunately mentally disadvantaged, Boston can only accept the brightest.

Sorry man, try going for a community college getting great grades, and then transferring.

Okay, well you're going to need to have either an ACT or SAT score to send them. Your AP scores are great, though, so you have that going for you.
As far as your GPA goes, is your school very difficult? Because if you're ranked well, it could just be that your school has very high standards and you could have a 4.0 somewhere else. So colleges take your ranking more seriously than your GPA.
Definitely take the SAT or ACT in the fall and go ahead and apply, what's the worst thing that could happen? As far as the whole suing the college thing, I'm no lawyer, but I don't know if you would have a case or not, since you're obviously pretty smart, smart enough to take AP classes. So if you don't get accepted, suck it up and go somewhere else.
Oh, and when the heck do you think those darn APUSH results are going to come?

First off, almost no college will accept a student without SAT or ACT scores even if they have perfect everything else. Your GPA is far too low to get into BC anyways. Most applicants atleast have a 3.3GPA.

Most colleges (especially in MA) are required by law to adhere to the disability act of 1990 and they take it very serious. However, if you do not meet the base standards of the what the college is looking for, you have no chance to get in anyways.

As for sueing the school. I wouldnt do it because BC is one of the top 10 law schools in the country.

Your GPA is too low for BC. You don't need a 3.8 to get in but you do need SATs above 1100 and a GPA that's a 3.3 or above. My advice if you are serious about BC is to find a school of lower prestige in Boston such as Emerson, Simmons, etc. and work your *** off as soon as you get there. Get a 4.0 GPA in college and then try to transfer after your first year is over.

My advice to you is to attend a Community college first. That will help you out. I am in Community College and i never took the SAT or the ACT. And my goal is to attend Virginia Tech. Community College sill help you get your GPA up and it will help you get all the pre reqs done finished.

Let me be honest with you.

Your chances of getting into Boston College are close to zero.

Second, I'm not a lawyer -- but I suspect your chances of winning a law suit against BC to let you in because of your condition are close to zero. BC is a private university, and as such is not required to make arrangements to handle you.
