Eric snow is a great defender and leader. He helped the sixers to the NBA Finals and was like a coach during this year's finals.
Shawn Bradley can block shots, but of course every great shot blocker get's dunked on. Like Mutombo and Mourning.
Jon Koncak? If you ever see him play his just a role player and every team needs a role player that can do one good thing in the Team other than score, pass and get rebounds.
I don't think there is no worst player in the NBA. You have to be a real ball player to be even consider to be in the NBA. Most player mentioned here are misunderstood, quick to judgement or simply don't get alot of playing time.

Cherokee Parks is my personal pick for worst NBA player ever.
I don't know how this joker ever got into the league, his stats weren't all that great in college, and they were outright ABYSMAL in the NBA.
He had all those stupid tattoos that were just plain ugly. It looked like he let a class full of kindergardeners doodle all over him with tattoo needles.
But the one thing that I will never forgive him for is stinking up the Alamodome when he played for my beloved Spurs. Whoever thought it was a good idea to sign him should be marched from San Antonio all the way to the Lake Michigan on foot and then forcefully held underwater until he drowned.

You can't really answer "who is the worst NBA player ever" because to get into the association you must be very good.

Here's my list of the worst of all-time:
Yinka "Stinka" Dare
Eric Montross
Todd Fuller
Danny Ferry
Steve Stipanovich (never heard of him? Exactly my point.)
Chris Washburn (drafted in 1986, received lifetime ban for drug use in 1989)
I could go on all day...Paul Shirley, Zarko Paspalj, Uwe Blab, Randy Breuer, Sergei Bazerevic

Shawn Bradley. Never seemed to have a desire to play and he made his team mates worse. He had no excuse to get dunked on the way he did and someone 7'6" should average at least 4 blocks a game with any effort at all.

Manute Bol
Pretty much any 7 foot guy that was in the league only because of his height.

Manute Bol. He was 7' 7" and couldnt score. Chris Washburn was a great answer too; that dude and Eldon Campbell are smoking crack in an apartment across the street from me right now.

Kwame Brown.
Typical move:
*Catch the ball...left, right, left, right, left, right, (shot clock at 3) LEFT!!!! Charges wildly towards the basket and the ball misses the basket by 5 feet. Hesitates, flops, demands free throws, misses them both*
