I have a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating habits, but from time to time i get hemorrhoids.... i'm only 24!!!!!!!!

what can i do? please help!

also.. the first time i got one was when i was about 19, and it was traumatic because it popped and i woke up with a bleeding underwear... it didn't hurt, but at least it was gone. is it safe to pop it with a needle?

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You risk infection. You need to see your doctor who is trained, qualified, and licensed to give proper medical advice. People on this site are not.

Its not normal that everyone gets hemorrhoids, I'm 36, and never got hemorrhoids before.
It might be a slight infection that has never gone away. Sometimes if you use antibiotics the Dr. will recommend to finish the whole bottle of pills even thought the hemorrhoids have dimished.

You are pushing to hard when you take a crap. Pushing the roids right out. There is medication for this, but you need to eat foods that will help you poop easier!

I imagine you are eating right. I would check with your doc about preventative measures, if that's what you are looking for.
Don't strain when you are on the toilet. If your diet is right, and you are drinking enough water, it should slide out easy.

oh wow i've never had hemorrhoids and i'm 24, I heard they hurt like hell. I hope find a solution soon

everyone gets hemaroids from time to time it is tottally normal dont worry about it

sometimes they say too much fiber ... you want something that gives you softer stools.. Everyone gets them
