when a man goes to the urinal in a public restroom.. and after he is done pissing..if he shakes it more than twice...is that considered playing with himself?

The old saying "if you shake it more than twice, it is considered pleasure" was one that some young boy's mom came up with to stop her son from too many shakes. I shake it until I am sure there is no chance of a wet spot appearing on the front of my pants. I would much rather someone think I was having fun at the "hot" urinal than to have a bunch of folks laughing at a dribble spot on the front of my pants because I only shook it twice. The only other people in a public restroom should be guys and they know the difference, because they have the same issue.

Gee...I usually discuss the bills, the upkeep of the household, family matters and financial planning with my wife. How and what I do when i urinate in a men's room (or elsewhere) has never been a topic of discussion amongst the cultured and savvy crowd that I associate with, let alone my wife.

No, i don't think so, sometimes i'm sure men need to shake it more than twice to make sure it's clean and all the urine is off, i'm pretty sure if he was playing with himself he'd be doing more than shaking it and he'd be in a stall not at the urinal.

I'm a woman but my husband and I talked about this one day while surfing the internet. We came across a home video of mens and womens bathroom etiquite. During that video my husband said, " If you shake it more than twice your playing with it." So my answer to your question is yes.

In the official penis shaking hand book page 5 paragraph 6 it clearly states that more than 2 shakes is not only illegal but also immoral and is considered playing with yourself.

I'd say if you are shaking it for more than a minute then yeah, you are playing with yourself.

This must be a joke. Sometimes it takes more than two shakes to finish peeing, so NO, it is not considering playing with yourself.
