It's a fallacy to say centrifugal forces don't exist. That ant definitely feels an outward push. The thing you have to understand is that the centrifugal force is the result of a rotating (and hence non-inertial) reference frame. If your reference frame is accelerating, you feel something we call a pseudoforce that allows you to treat your reference frame as if it were inertial. So when your car accelerates, you are pushed back in your seat. When you brake, you are pushed forward. When you turn, centrifugal force pushes you out. You have to hold on to keep from being tossed. But someone looking at you (or the ant) from outside the rotation doesn't see the centrifugal force. They only see the force of you holding on, which they interpret as the centripetal force.

Centrifugal force does not exist. The impulse we feel pushing us outward in a circular motion is INERTIA.
