It's perfectly okay to have sex during your period. It can get a bit messy, though. If you're going to, it's best to put something on the bed to prevent a mess.
As for coming during your period... if you mean a guy cumming inside of a girl- then no, it's not safe. A lot of people think you can't get pregnant during your period, but it's not true. Using a condom every single time is the only way to prevent pregnancy. It's not different during your period.

Yes it's perfectly healthy if you're in a monogamous, trusting, commited relationship. Do you mean pregnancy-wise? Because IF SO, there's still a slim chance a woman could ovulate DURING her period, all women are different though! Which could result in PREGNANCY.

Its actually supposed to relieve cramps if you have sex while on your preiod. Theres nothing it can do to harm you just a little messier
