ok so i chat online occasionaly, just for laughs but is it really that safe?

just dont give out alot of info.then its totoally safe.and people chat for fun.this answers yahoo is kinda like a chat line just narrowed down just to ask questions and sum peope ask sum very stupid questions like how r u doin? i mean dont u think thats a waste of points? but anyway sense u said u like to chat join me on this cool chatline

it's not all that safe. But some chatting websites are secured safe so that all the chatters can be in a safe environment. Just keep away from most insafe chatting places. And if you're chatting somewhere and you see some inappropriate thing showing up, exit that chatting place

Just be smart and savvy at all times. Don't give out phone numbers, what city or state you live in or even show pictures to anybody. If you get to know somebody real well, then maybe show them a picture.

Sure, as long as you keep your personal information safe. Never tell anyone your: address, phone number, entire name, social security number, or anything like that...

it can be . but it depends on what you tell 1 thing never tell your real age ,name , where you live..... and so on and it can be .
