For me it is earwax! Nothing makes me sicker than having to see someones nasty, crusty ears! YUK!!

For me, it's when someone throws up. I run away and don't even help them I get so grossed out. It's terrible but that's what I do, I'm so emetophobic.

Well Candace, that is pretty gross I've got to admit to that. So,
I guess we're talking about people in general. Obese people who wear Speed-o's or Thongs! AAAHHH !!! Now that's GROSS! Living near the Beach(ocean) you are apt to see just about anything! Watched a family wash their Cadillac on the beach with saltwater! Daah

It grosses me out when I see people w/ really nasty crusty teeth or, they're green, or brown or black.....that is absolutely disgusting! I don't care who you are, everyone needs good oral hygiene!

i clean my ears daily.
if someone has bad teeth, i most likely won't talk to them.
old people who drive or walk with a Cig. hanging from there mouth.
fat prople who breath heavy, and or have that nasty dark crust on their neck.
i feel the need to vomit now.....
