Oh girl, who knows. My boyfriend goes through it with his ex. She's married, moved on with her new husband and another child--and yet she asks for more and more EVERY DAY. Mind you, they divorced because she got caught cheating on HIM. But of course because he makes more money, he is financially bound to her (child support etc) And on top of already paying a set amount, she's constantly asking him to "contribute" more. ??? What can you do...

Both parties suffer equally in a divorce, whether financially or emotionally or legally...and if people would spend more time getting to know each other BEFORE marriage than divorces on the grounds of "incompatibility" would be obselete!

Not so much anymore sweety. Unless the man has mulah. Now a days most his split down the middle. Except in the case where kids are involved. And I don't see a whole lot of men stepping up to get full custody. And I mean parentally, their not around, don't spend any time with their children, a court isn't going to give a man full custody unless he can prove that he has more parental responsibility than the woman. And unfortunately in most cases its just not the case.

Men are not the only ones that suffer this problem. How do you determine the women to be incompatible, would they not both be incompatible ? Marriage is not a one sided situation.

So Is this a statement? or......................
Please help I do not understand your question
But if You want a answer to what I have read it would be simply this, In making the choice to marry you must understand that you have obligated yourself to another by Law, that means provision in spite of why you are incompatible. The clue is before you go down the isle know thyself and the one you have chose to be with and understand the divorce and family law in your state

Typically women take custody of the kids and that in itself has no price tag.
It doesn't matter if a woman is incompatiable just because she does not get along with him doesn't mean he doesn't have to help support the kids.

i wish i knew! i know women like to complain but most men i know are financially TIED to their exes. having to pay them money and for what? being married to them for awhile? its ridiculous. i think it is incredibly unfair that the system is so biased towards women when alot of them are worthless, lazy, and no good.
