I think both parties had a vested interest to involve us in the invasion of Iraq.
We were told that invading Iraq would mean the taking down of the Taliban, Saddam and hopefully Al Quaeda.
Problem is, Americans aren't a patient bunch....and we're starting to distrust the leadership here, because they aren't giving us updates on how the war is going...and unfortunately we only hear casualty reports on the news.
