ou can get the copies of your certificates attested by any GazettedOfficer by showing him the original certificates

Take xerox copies of your certificate along with the original to any Gazetted Officer.
He'll check if the copy is of the original and then put his signature and rubber stamp on it.
You can approach a Gazetted Officer from any Govt Office.
