oh by the way what do you call that fish that sweeps the tank and is it salt water or fresh water

The strongest fish? There are lots of saltwater fish that are large and predatory that are pretty strong. I have never heard of a Chinese Fighting Fish. There is a Siamese Fighting Fish also known as a Betta but that is a freshwater fish.

You must be thinking of something else being that the Chinese fighting fish aka betta's are NOT salt water fish.
You need to give more detail about the fish (bottom feeder) you are asking about.

A Chinese fighting fish is not saltwater - they sell placo's which clean the tank - only for freshwater.

If you are refering to fish that eat the algae in a tank one type would be plecos. They are fresh water.

you mean siamese fighting fish, or betta splenden. these are tropical fresh water fish. however, there is a marine betta, but it is not a siamese or chinese fighting fish.
