the really bad attitudes. cashiers who wont smile or greet you. the ones that cuss up a storm over nothing. My husband has the worse attitude in public I've ever seen anyone have and I go home angry with him for embarrasing me in public with his cussing and loud rants over nothing.

Hi Miss Fedora: If I were you I would tell the child it is not nice to run around in here, you are suppose to act like a gentleman or lady. As for shouting just ask them to be quite. And he/she could be shouting to get their parents attention. They probably don't get it at home. You can always ask the parents "don't you care how your child behaves in public"? As I keep saying parents are to blame for how the children act now a days. When I was growing up it never crossed our minds to misbehave. We knew what would happen if we did.

I used to work in Customer Services, and the thing that annoyed me the most were the people who didn't know when to shut up and leave. Customer Service Reps have to be nice as it is their job. Generally they may make small talk while they are helping you, but they DON"T want to know your whole life history! I used to have customers that would stand there and chit chat about things I could have cared less about while the line of people just kept piling up behind them. Know when to leave, people!

I am most annoyed by the number of people who don't clean a mess they have made because they are sure an employee can do it. WTF is so hard about getting a paper towel in the trash for crying out loud. I could clean the john's faster if I did not have to pick up the messes first.

That no matter how hard you can try to be nice, there is always someone out there who is rude, and has bad feelings about everything. I know life can suck, but its better to be up beat than miserable...all you do is bring others down.

Sheer ignorance, lack of common sense, people who don't know how to speak english, people who let their kids run around the store like animals.
