They would have wanted his head. It just seems odd that the most self righteous people in Congress are also the most sloppy about going to a call girl service. Vitter was busted for this before in 1999 and still gave his number to the call girl service 3 years later. That's just stupid.

Since Vitter isn't president, didn't lie about it, and wasn't doing it in the back halls of the white house, I doubt they'll do more than vote him out of office.

I love the way you myopic leftists see only Republicans as those who should demonstrate ethical behavior.
When did the people of Louisiana protest and demand the resignation of William Jefferson for selling his votes and, hiding his bribe money and then threatening the lives of the victims of hurricane Katrina while he diverted rescue efforts so he could retrieve his ill begotten criminal money from his freezer during the aftermath?
Where is Nancy Pelosi and her Ethics Committee when it comes to CRIMES committed by Democrats?

If Vitter was being sued for sexual harrassment..then this would fit the Clinton model..

actually all of us would understand why Bill would need a hooker..with who he is married to..

actually wasn't Monica on the payroll?

The Republicans had to get rid of Clinton from the very beginning up. They could no longer nail him on Whitewater, so they observed the revelations relating to the extramarital hummer as their golden danger. a minimum of Clinton did no longer ought to pay for the hummer!LOL

republicans are bad democrats are good.
democrats are bad, republicans are good.

Is anyone else sick of this back and forth garbage in our politics? Instead of the citizens of this country wanting to unite to solve our problems, we instead choose to blindly root for our "team", no matter what ill effects it has on the country. I fear for our country not because of Bush, but becuase we are to polarized to tackle large problems. Just look :

Terrorism = left vs right
Social Security = left vs right
Healthcare = left vs. right

Etc.

a firing squad, probably. Why did they hound Clinton for his hound dog ways? Because they couldn't get him doing anything wrong that really mattered. Bush on the other hand....

I think he should be voted out of office and of course that's up to his constituents. Anyone using 'illegal' services should be. Like us, they're shouldn't be treated as though they're above the law.

I'm a conservative.

AC1BD... hahahahaha!
