firstly..you share my name!! whoo hoooo
yeah you can still go shopping just try no to try on really tight pants and then parade them for your friend because chances are your pad will make you look like you're wearing a diaper and your friend wont be the only on looking
secondly, if you have a heavy flow then i suggest staying away from trying on pants, skirts, shorts or dresses
hope this advice helps you get through your shopping day!

If you only wear pads, than it's truely your personal opinion.
Make sure you change the pad as neccesary. If you're getting yuckys anywhere but in the pad, at least do other shoppers a favor and make sure it doesn't get on the pants you just tried on! I'd think that is your only worry. You shouldn't really have a problem, I would think. :)

Are you worried about being in the changing rooms wearing a pad??
Look, all women get this time of the month, and as long as you keep yourself clean and fresh no-one will think anything about it!

As above, yea, it's fine for normal clothes. I'd be aware you are probably feeling a bit more bloated or retaining water as well so trying on clothes that are your normal size might be a bit tight :]

Yup. Just make sure you don't wear any white pants...or try anything light on.
And-leave the panties alone (well, you should never try on panties at a store unless you use a panty guard).

i like to save so I possibly bypass each and every few weeks. I merely ask my mothers and dads for money while i desire a clean outfit. i do no longer think of as quickly as a month is merely too lots, as long as you have the money to spend it.

of course you can mate! just use your discretion and not try things on that are snug. me personally i cant just because i tend to buy clothes in all shades of purple! and then never wear them again - not until my next periods due anyway!
