I think it's an honest feeling that turns into the decision of, do I want to accept that/those feeling(s) or not.

I think at the start of a relationship it is an honest feeling, but then sometimes (not all the time) later on it can become a decision.

Depends on the situation. Loving someone is an honest feeIing without a doubt. And when you are in love with someone you feel it! You see the person's face on the moon, you feel butterflies in your stomach each time you see him/her, you smile all the time... It's love! On the other hand, if you want to give someone a chance with a relationship but you are not in love with him, it's a decision that might lead you to an honest feeling at the end.
